The tech who performed my ultrasound made a mistake, the location for all 4 finding were all at 1cm. Which didn’t match with my previous results. I had to do another ultrasound after. Tried to communicate with the customer service, she was going circles not taking responsibility. While this should not happen when I am anxiously waiting for the diagnosis.
