Sold me a set of defective Tires Refused to refund or replace instead tried selling me new tires
I’ve been here twice for oil change and annual servicing of my 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport. Top notch customer service at a great price received from both Steve and Ken!
Really great people (especially Steve)! My 2003 Acura was practically crushed and they repaired it for less than my sister's insurance paid a shop in San Rafael to repair 2 small dents on her car.
First quote off of a cold call, the tire pricing from El Cerrito Tire was better than online from Tire Rack which is rare for a bricks and mortar shop. When I brought the vehicle in, the service representative saw that I had oil and a filter sitting on the passenger seat and offered to do my oil change at a fantastically reasonable price (even for someone who DIY's their oil changes) while they replaced the tire. This shop wants to earn your business and keep it.
