Kind gent, pulled up a chair for me when I chose to wait outside. Little bit of a communication issue when redeeming my Groupon, but easily resolved by showing him how to click "redeem..." on the online voucher and give him the code. Currently waiting for the Hawaiian BBQ joint down the road to open 😅👍
Quick and easy. Got done with my test in about 20-30 mins. Just have their webpage open with the coupon and they’ll be happy to honor it.

Horrible experience and customer service! Bought a Groupon and was told that I need to pay an extra $30. I would have paid it but simply asked what the additional fees were for and what it meant. The worker immediately started getting disgruntled and arguing, followed by walking away into an office and saying, “you don’t want don’t do!”
This Star Smog only Station is my go-to smog tester for many years. I had a great experience this month getting my 2006 Subaru tested. The technician was professional, kind, thorough, and explained everything. I paid full price because I forget to check for a coupon. But that is ok. This service was worth it and I am happy knowing my car isn't producing excessive pollution.
