It was super easy to schedule a technician for my fridge! I had them came out the next day, on a weekend around 3pm. They called 30 mins before arrival. They arrived quarter to 3 looking professional and with parts in the truck. They were nice. They diagnosed and made sure of the model before beginning the repair. They were done in half an hour. I like that they keep you informed the whole time and that the charge was fair.
My experience with them couldn't be any better! These people are highly qualified! The technician aside from being on time was definitely good with Asko washers. He diagnosed and was able to find the culprit right away and fixed it immediately. I've never been this happy with repair people! El Cerrito appliance repair saved the day!
I called this place immediately when I saw a sheet of ice at the bottom of my freezer. They immediately scheduled me for a technician who delivered professional service and fixed it in less than hour. I am happy with the fast and affordable service. I will recommend and use again absolutely!
They fixed the freezer and ended my ordeal with it once and for all. I’ve given it a month before doing the review and up to now my freezer is working like the very first time I had it. 5 stars and here are more **********. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend to friends!
