Staff members are excellent. My only complain was one of the cashiers, making slick comments, towards the customers
If I could give no stars I would!! I called el centro yesterday and specifically asked if they do dremmel because my pup is nervous and terrified of clippers. I was told they did. So I asked for an appt for her nails to get cut using the dremmel. When I got to the office and was put in a room, tech could see Lucy shaking and I said that why she needs nail dremmeled instead of clipped. Our pet was seen promptly and received good care. It was a case of early intervention needed and he received that.
I want to say thank you so much to Dr. Daughtry, Hailey, Lori and Tracy and I'm sorry I didn't get the other front desk clerk's name, but her too lol. You guys are awesome heros without capes 😉I'm sure Kitt made it very interesting, but you guys handled her like a pro and I left with confidence in knowing I made the right decision to come see you guys for my precious girl.
