Awful experience
RecommendedI have been bring my Dogs here for almost 5 years. I recently had a bit of an issue and Dr Davis put my mind at ease and assured me that the problem would be taken care of. She truly puts her customers and the care of their pets as priority 1. It is great to know that your pets will receive the highest level of care possible and you the pet parent are treated with respect and kept informed. I scheduled an appointment, I showed up to that appointment and was told I did not have an appointment scheduled. I was told I would have to wait three hours or so since an emergency had came in. I have since made an appointment else where.
Thursday afternoon I found sweet Scooter (cat) bleeding & in obvious pain. I finally discovered that the primary source of bleeding was from under the left front leg joint. There were additional areas of trauma to the leg, as well as edema. I could not stop the bleeding by applying pressure. Time for professional intervention. After sedation & examination, it was determined that Scooter had a reptile 🐍 confrontation. Thankfully, limited venom was injected. I would definitely NOT recommend this vet. I made an appointment for my kitten. The day of the appointment I got there about 15 minutes early, and called from my car that I had arrived. I was told that someone would call me when there was room in the waiting room (due to Covid-19). I waited in my car for a half hour before calling back. I was told that they were very busy. I asked if I should reschedule my appointment and was told no, that I was "next" and they would call me. They NEVER called! They never came out to the pa... read more

what had such a hard time getting help for our large dogs nail problem but this vet is amazing. the customer service was amazing and they did such a good job!
Professional treatment. Caring staff. My pets are over 10 which makes decisions concerning their wellness difficult.
They took amazing care of our guinea pig Oliver. They performed surgery on him and now he is happy to be home.
