This is a total scam. Called about having a couch cleaned and assured of 8-10am arrival. Never showed. Called to check in and the person who answered said they have no technicians available, asked if they could reschedule next week and was told "no, we don't have any technicians". They will just come to your house, upcharge you when they get there, and use home depot rented equipment.
