The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels taken care of—especially Angel, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. I really like this car wash for it's speed, quality, and self serve cleaning accessories. But after taking my light blue car through about a dozen times, EVERY time it would exit with black marks all over the bumper and fenders (see photos). I would need to clean these smudges off with polishing compound each time, and then the next time I went through El Car Wash they would reappear. They need to have their engineers figure out how to correct this issue...
Jayden at El Car Wash excels in customer service skills! He truly is a polite, courteous, and helpful staff member. Each time he notices me at the Members Lane, he goes out of his way to say hello and ask if I need anything! El Car Wash on Federal Hwy in Fort Lauderdale is the BEST!
