I’ve been an El Car Wash member since the Boynton location opened, then Delray, and I’m there regularly. Unfortunately, my car was damaged during a wash on June 6th: all four tire valve caps were torn off and the valves underneath were bent, which left me reinflating a tire and arranging a repair. A lot of nice people there, but I finally met one that was just not fit to be here. As a customer, we brought up a concern because it seems like every time I go to go get a car wash. This is why I pay membership so that I could just zip through. It just seems like there’s always somebody out there on both lanes handing out things or The gates aren’t working when we brought up the concern the manager Adam said very rude.
