the park manager does not do background checks. He has many times allowed men with issues with the law. The man that was our neighbor was a convicted felon. Rocky never told us about his issues. He was absolutely insane. He is now in jail after pointing a gun at a fellow park person. We had to live with this insane man next to us fir 2 years. I'm so glad we are leaving this park.
