El Cap builders are extremely unprofessional. Their company truck sped down Cedar City’s University Blvd at well over 50 miles per hour while many people were crossing the road for the Utah Shakespeare Festival. This is a very busy pedestrian street. Someone could have been seriously injured. Very dangerous driving and very thoughtless behavior . I can only imagine their lack of professionalism for their clients. I will never recommend them.
I highly recommend El Cap Inc. Richard Fischer. This Company came our way by referral for our House Demo. Unfortunately my parent 60 year old home was beyond repair, His team did a wonderful job tearing down, Burning & removal of upper floor & basement. Believe me it was a mess. When demo was completed they prepared the land for a new build. Hauling in Dirt for Fill and compacting the soil for the new pad.
