The experience I had with Carpet One (El Campo) was horrific. After the hurricane I called to make an appointment for a free estimate. Nobody showed up so I went up there and spoke with Steven Gaines. ( He was such a sweetheart). He informed me that he only does floor but the cabinets were out his reach and came to give me the quote for that part. He also explained to me that the men that do the cabinets would me in touch. Just had wooden floors put in my house. Job well done very satisfied with the work that was done, very professional. Satisfied customer.
Poor workmanship & bad with warranties. Good luck on calling them out for any warranty work.
Couldn’t recommend Carpet One more! Everyone in the store was extremely helpful & kind. The countertop & back splash installation guys did a fabulous job AND cleaned up after themselves.
