This was the third house Carpet One has worked with us on to remodel and update. Renae Hrncir has been our go to each time. We can't say enough about her professionalism, knowledge of her materials, and her friendly and patience working with us to get our desired outcome within our budget. All their employees are friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend.
We’ve had numerous projects completed by El Campo Carpet One. Both of our shower and the counter tops for our outdoor kitchen turned out amazing. Their sales team works together, communicates and goes above and beyond each time we work with them. The installation always leaves me impressed and the clean up is always top notch. We will continue to use them in the future for all of our homes needs.
Friendly staff
The experience I had with Carpet One (El Campo) was horrific. After the hurricane I called to make an appointment for a free estimate. Nobody showed up so I went up there and spoke with Steven Gaines. ( He was such a sweetheart). He informed me that he only does floor but the cabinets were out his reach and came to give me the quote for that part. He also explained to me that the men that do the cabinets would me in touch.
