People answering the office phone have put me on hold for the last 2 weeks, then hang the phone up while i am holding. Other than normal operating hours, operator, can not take message that I can not make a scheduled appointment. I have been with El Camino Urology for many years and now I feel that they don't care.
now I know why the poor review. Waited here for an hour only to be told that I need to go to the other location.
After waiting a month, they cancelled on me last minute and wanted to move it a week. Fine, except they were about to move my appointment again. In that week I went to another place, AND had imaging done. Home fries, I've had better scheduling experiences with my most unresponsive Tinder matches. Are you not familiar with the concept of a calendar?
Apparently my doctor got booked up a week before my consult, and now I just got put at the end of the line for something that was not my fault. Not how I wanted to start this, but sure.
