staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all of the units that they have. they have great customer service and are willing to bend over backwards in order to get you the unit you're looking for as long as they have it available the only drawback for this institution is the hours of operation. I just wish they would stay open a little bit later at night but that being said they open very early in the morning at 6:00. they are fairly priced with other local storage companies and are in a great location close to El Camino re... read more
Excellent storage accommodations aided by a very helpful assistant (in terms of correcting a "sticky" slide lock). Always well lit (sensor operated) and clean.
Sandra was very helpful and has a positive attitude. The storage was very large and very clean. Great place to rent from. If you have a question Sandra will be very helpful.
