I've been trying to rent a unit from this facility with no luck. First off the website is unusable to rent a unit on both a phone and computer. So I called and spoke to someone on the phone to rent a unit, they are apparently in a call center. They said they would email me the rental information/agreement. I also had questions for the manager at this location and they said they would have them call me back. I never received the email or a call back. I called again and left a message at the facility. I recently bought a storage locker off of someone a few months ago rented it back to come back to it being broke into, no help from manager what so ever saying go file a police report to see any footage. There was a camera above my unit....
They will not answer the phone!! Keeps getting directed to the 800 number.. So frustrating..I can talk to a live person at any other storage unit but this one😡
