I have been renting here for more than 8 years!!!! Always and I do mean always have so much help from stuff. Whether the help is for something simple, to difficult situations and finding a solution. 3 main employees that have always gone above and beyond!! I've had a storage unit here for 6+ years. Initially family owned. Recently purchased by larger company. Transition was a bit challenging as online payment site did not function for several months. Once that was updated, all fixed. Recent rent increase required eliminating 2nd smaller unit. Biggest rent increase in 6 years. Manager, Diana is great, very helpful and responsive!!! Facility is very secure. Cameras on-site. You must have renters insurance not just as a precaution but they require proof.

Such a wonderful experience with Diana! She’s extremely helpful and very proactive with her communication. The storage itself is convenient, safe and clean.
