Dr. LIn is so competent, calm and caring. Kidney disease is definitely not fun. Dr. Lin listens and she explains everything without rushing. She communicates at which ever level of understanding that the patient is able to grasp. Also, it helps that she has a solid gold receptionist/professional, Leticia, working with her who is so competent, caring, and patient. Dr. LIn's office deals with referrals and insurance well. It helps to have Dr. Lin and her staff on our side.
