El Camino MHP I have lived in El Camino MHP for over 15 years and find it to be a very nice place to live. The management is fair with all residents and the park is kept neat and clean. The space rent is well below the average park in the area when you consider all of the add on costs of the other parks. (By the way: Jerry does not have his daughter living the park) bad information from a disgruntled resident.
Owner is a two face back stabbing lier This mobile home park is a 55+ age park, but yet the owner Jerry Corbin has moved his 24 yr old daughter into one of his empty trailers, but if anyone else has their kids living here, he has a fit & eviction is started. Jerry Corbin has two sets of rules, one for his family & friends & the other for the rest of those living in that mobile home park.
