Called to ask a simple question about water availability, and the employees were rude and made smart-ass remarks. Terrible customer service. It honestly felt like calling the DMV with the attitude I received. If you’re that miserable and don’t like dealing with customers, find another job. Management seriously needs to work on their customer service.
