Worst experience in a long time as I set in the waiting room for 45 mins after the front clerk checked me in several people that checked in way after me went before me I asked nicely how much longer I have two kids in the car with a friend waiting on me with no consideration of the children in the car she smile n said not much longer waited another 20 minutes before leaving Rude

I had a great experience with all the front desk staff, the nurses and the doctor I saw. They pulled me in a few minutes before my appointment, were very kind, and explained everything they were going to do in detail and were very empathetic to my situation. I was worried seeing the negative reviews but I had an exceptional experience. Thank you El Camino Imaging.
1/10/25. Partial review, awaiting results to be sent back to my doctor: I walked in about 3pm on Friday and was seen within 15 minutes. Christina, the radiologist, took 2 X-rays of my wrist which was injured in a fall. The reception staff and Christina were very pleasant and quick. Should send results back by next Wednesday. Well, it's 2/3/25 and I haven't heard back from anyone. I assume it's not broken and will continue to carry-on, albeit with lighter loads!
