He is very prompt of scheduling emergency appointments, great at diagnosing what the problem is, and really friendly. I had a knee cap fracture and needed to make an emergency appointment for someone with BCBS insurance. This was one of the few places that could squeeze me in in next 48hours of the injury. I have been seeing him since. He is amazing at diagnosing and treating my knee problem.
Dr. Osborn is no nonsense. He is committed to his patients and their health. He has been great for me with his indepth diagnosis and caring counseling of options.
Just had the most unfortunate call with their front desk. I was a potential new patient but was really put off by the impatience in the speaker's voice and the brusque delivery of the questions. Believe me, I understand that you're busy and have a million of other things to do, but in that case, feel free to tell me that the doctor is no longer accepting new patients. This is no reflection on the doctor or his abilities (of which, I cannot judge) - it is merely a statement regarding the call I had with his front desk.
Has helped me through my horrible back pain due to an injury over the last year. Is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him for anyone with muscle or nerve issues. He diagnosed my issues easily.
