I have been taking my dogs to this vet for a long time and this place as drastically changed. It used to be a really helpful, nice place that would do anything for you and your pets. They used to have good customer service and you would trust them with your furry best friends. This has greatly change at this vet. my experience with that facility was horrible No stares from me
Great vets once you get in to see one. Its to be expected with a "walk in only" vet. They WILL see your pet. Most vets don't take walk in and appointments can be days or weeks away. If my dog is sick, I will wait 2 hours rather than wait days somewhere else. Just like a human going to the ER. Sitting for hours is just the way it is. If I have a real complaint, it would be they seem slow to renew prescriptions from outside pharmacies. Renew early if possible so as not to run out. Could take a while and some phone calls.
