Dropped my vehicle for a differential leak in the afternoon for a 7 am appointment with 209 diagnostic fee. When I called at 10:30 the next day the receptionist said the diagnosis would occur within 24 to 48 hours.
Too busy and too expensive. That being said, if you need work done on your Ford vehicle, take it here, but make an appointment first it is more helpful.
I've been extremely impressed with the efficiency, communication, and customer service of both the quick lane and the service department. They all go out of their way to understand the problem, provide a realistic estimate of what they can and can't do, and in my experience typically end up providing more than anticipated.
