Empezando con el servicio al cliente que me parece terriblemente malo, ni un buenas tardes ni nada, nos dejaron esperando un montón de tiempo a ser atendidos. It seems like every time I visit, the staff is less friendly and more rude. During my most recent visit, when we walked in, one of the employees told us, “Pick a table or wait until I seat you.” The way she said it came across as rude and unwelcoming. We weren’t greeted, and it felt like we were bothering the staff just by being there. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that’s something this place is lacking.
