If I had to pinpoint where my love for food began, it would be at a street elote vendor off Harry Hines. Ever since that first bite, I’ve made it my mission to find the best elotes. Out of all the places I’ve tried, only a few have made it to my top three: one in Pearland/Houston, one in Waxahachie (which sadly closed), and a couple in Hurst and one in Dallas.
