I was so disappointed with bodehon today. I made an order in the bakery for today. I get there to pick it up and they make me wait in line for 45 min even tho I had already purchased and only picking up order. Finally get to me and after another 15 min they tell me they didn't have my order they had some kinda issue and didn't have it. Now the professional thing to do was call me to let me know there was an issue but they didn't even have the decency to do that. MANAGEMENT WAS NO BETTER. RecommendedTienen muchas mercaderías /cosas para diferentes culturas , la carne está bastante elevado el precio , hemos copmprafo carne en mal estado ,hemos devuelto pero no recibimos las disculpas adecuadas para los clientes , hoy fuimos a otro local donde nos sentíamos más comados , pero lamentablemente la cajera fue muy desagradable con nosotros , talvez necesita cambiar de trajo no debe trabajar en atención al público hasta nos insultó 😡no seso somos nosotros o hay otra gentes on estos problemas con ellos???

Shopped in the Margate store for years, on my last visit was told to leave bc I was wearing a Face Shield instead of a traditional mask. Needless to say, I was very upset and will never set foot in the store again. The store needs to train their employees on how to treat customers.
