Joan is the best — hands down the cleanest buzz and fade I’ve had in years. I’m extremely picky and only stick with barbers who deliver perfection. Took me a while to find the right guy after my previous barbers retired and moved, but Joan is the real deal. If you want a flawless fade, hit up El Bigote de Dalí and ask for Joan. Super clean shop too. Highly recommend.
Tried out a lot of the barbers in Rockland when I was looking for a new one. Been coming here for 4-5 months now. Good communication. Always available when I reach out. Has never been late and have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in the chair. Joan always does a great job.

This place has absolutely no costumer service skills. Walked in , barbers don't even look at you or acknowledge you and pretty much give you a " you shouldnt be here " vibe . They can't even do a simple " hello" Thank God I left and went to another barbershop nearby these guys don't deserve your money They act like celebrities . Hopefully they take this review as a positive and fix themselves but on the bright side I found a better place.
