We were a group of 5. Only two other groups of two in there when we arrived. One other group of about 10 came in about 5 mins after us. No one at the door to seat, greet, etc. someone showed up and seated us after a few mins. Took them about 10 minutes to come around and bring drinks, get our order. Took over 30 more mins to bring our food to us. Had to ask for drink refills. The three with waters NEVER got a refill and the two with sodas had their glasses taken and NEVER brought back. Twice i have ordered online and when I get there I have to show them the email I get and then they go make it because their computers are down. They already charged me so now im waiting in the parking lot because they cant take online orders.
ZERO STARS. Place was a mess. Broken glass on the sticky floor. After waiting forever they told us that they had "lost" our order, so we had to order all over again. An hour later, they brought out room-temperature, gross food that made my stomach upset. Eventually I asked to see the manager, they said "there isn't one". Understaffed and overrated. Avoid at all cost.
