After a long 12hr drive from Atlanta, we decided on Mexican and Arroyo was pretty close to where we were staying. Hanna was an EXCELLENT waitress to our party of 6!! She is the sweetest!! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and also had great recommendations. Our food was out in a timely manner. It was accurate, hot, fresh and delicious. I had no complaint about our experience. If I am ever back in Arlington, I would definitely eat here again.
Update: We’re still going to El Arroyo about once a month, and it’s still one of my favorite Tex-Mex spots in the area. There are plenty of options around Arlington, but if you’re nearby and looking for good food at a reasonable price, this is an easy recommendation. Went here for the very first time today. The food was mediocre, and the service was slow. Watching one of the people seating customers pick her teeth with a toothpick was disgusting. Won’t return and don’t recommend
