I came in to buy ortiga and immediately the quality of the stinging nettle leaf was subpar it was full of dried stems which I didn't want in my tea, I opened the bag as soon as I got home and sat down to sort the stems out and was met with SEVERAL small beetle like bugs in the bag both dead and alive. It never sat open or sat anywhere out of my sight from the store to my house, and it was sealed when I opened it, I'm very, very disappointed and sad I will update if I can get a refund. I come here all the time and I LOVE!! Literally such an AMAZING selection of everything And believe me they have all you could want. Such friendly people here as well. I feel safe with these ladies around haha they are so awesome
