The manager, Alejandra, presents herself professionally, but my experience living here has been very different. In my opinion, the environment is unprofessional and influenced by favoritism toward certain male tenants. I wish I had known more before moving in. I would strongly recommend doing your research, checking reviews, and speaking with current or former tenants before making a decision..
The manager Alejandra and maintenance supervisor Rigo are on top of it. I Truly appreciate having that type of management. Very attentive and responsive. I put in a maintenance request and it was resolved super quick..
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. The management is completely unprofessional and shows little to no concern for tenants. Maintenance issues are ignored my flooring was cracked and clearly needed replacement, yet nothing was done. I requested pest control twice. I was given dates twice. Both times it was pushed back with no urgency and no real communication. That level of disorganization and disregard speaks for itself. Have been living here a few years now, it is quiet everyone keeps to them self. It is an older property there will always be something that needs repair or replacement it's wear and tear like anything else on like some of the other negative reviews but, Management, Maintenance and Porter they are good people they have always been on point when work orders are submitted. I like it here it's home.
