Went here and filled out my paperwork and asked for a copy for my medical records. The receptionist gave me back a blank set of papers. I told her I had filled them out and wanted a copy of that. Dr came out and told me to get out of the office or he would call the police. At no point was I threatening or did I raise my voice . Don’t go here. He is unprofessional as well as many of his staff (except for Mia she is great).
Worthless. They just care about the money.
DO NOT GO HERE . Useless, unprofessional, unorganized doctor. Took my mom there for some health concerns he straight up told us “I don’t have time for this I am busy” his words. What kind of doctor says that to his patient. He is not doctor he does not care for his patients. All he cares about his making money.
Dr Ekweani should remove the word care from Frisco Urgent Care and Clinics. I called the office today and ask if he would send a prescription to where I have my prescriptions filled here in Lewisville Texas. The medication I need is a control substance and their policy says that I must come in once a month for that. So it's basically policy over patient. I'm unable to go in as I have no Transportation other than Uber which cost me $20 one way. Policy over patient. I shall never darken the door of his little entity ever again... read more
