I am revising my review. After considering all the stories of construction projects, Steve Ekstrand was reliable and he had careful workmanship. As with all projects, the costs kept adding up but this is to be expected especially when working with an older home like ours. Thanks Steve for your work.
Overall nice guy but our project cost doubled and progress is very slow for our small project. Unfortunately he did not measure fixtures correctly, and left our project unfinished but still sent us a final bill. He is decent with woodworking but would not use him again.
