We met Carl when he was representing the seller of the apartment we eventually bought. There was no question of who we were going to call when we sold it years later. Carl's insights into the market, his helpful suggestions and his extraordinary patience in holding our hands made the process bearable. Despite a brutally horrific market (and an un-cooperative co-op board!) he managed to get our apartment sold.
