I have been going to Dr. Saeed for years, but he sold the practice to Charles St. Dentistry. I give Dr. Saeed 5 stars, but the new place much lower with the following reason. I went for a procedure in June and had to do a follow up in July. I was scheduled, but when I went to the appointment no one was there. It was closed. I have called everyday and no one has answered. Dr. Shin was great, but I can't get anyone to respond. Does anyone know what's going on?
They are extremely hard to get ahold of. I have driven by many times and no cars are there during the times that it says they are open. I have been a patient there and never received notice that they closed or anything like that. Voicemail says they will call back but they never do.
Charles Street Dental was very prompt and on time. Vivian and Stephanie are very welcoming at the front desk. And Dr Shin is gentle and explains all procedures.
