I drive 45 mins just to see Dr. Turner. She is absolutely amazing, resourceful, all around my favorite Doctor - very thorough with pain management. I learn something new every Visit!!
Dr Matter is a great doctor but the management staff is not great, and has ultimately made me find alternative care. Received inaccurate information regarding a referral for a different doctor for prenatal care, they tried to tell me I would have to go to Selkirk for ultrasounds when we have a tech in the town I live in, and during my first prenatal appointment they took a urine sample that the doctor told me they didn’t even use. Ekosi Health Centre out of Gimli, MB is amazing!! Ekosi Health Centre out of Winnipeg, MB is not so great! I have nothing but good things to say about my Doctor and her amazing receptionists here! Dr. Turner is a God send! I do not know if she is taking any patients currently, but I do know she is a very busy woman! She goes in depth with my issues and treats me in such a way where no other doctor could. I am currently on Opiate Replacement, and could not have asked for a more "in depth" doctor. Dr Matter is wonderful. She always makes me feel heard and does an excellent job providing care. The receptionist is so nice and makes me feel comfortable whenever I am in for an appointment.
