We saw many more townhomes which were more spacious, well planned with top quality fittings compared to what we saw in these Ekos Point Townhomes. The view from the back is lovely. The lady in charge was not too well versed in what is being included in the condo fees etc. Many aspects she presumed rather than knew which were disappointing after driving all the way there to see the show homes.
