Ekort purposely gets their other tenants to bang on the roof to push out other people (happening to mt family). They also go against the human rights of people with disabilities. They sre the worst property management ever!
The best in Belleville.
They took over our building a month ago and month we have roaches and a broken front door from them breaking it and now being told we have to put in a work order for them to fix something they broke. Why are all property maintenance businesses all the same. Nothing getting fixed. Third maintance crew to this building still dealing with stuff we put in work order in with the first and second crew.
COCKROACHES RUN ...most of the buildings have cockroaches and they don't actually fix it they just go apartment by apartment as they call wich leads to nothing actually working also 4 applewood/414 dundas has had a lady murdered on the 4th floor they didn't tell anyone about and 2 or 3 ither deaths apartment 407 and apartment 109 for sure... also alot of fake good reviews
