My boyfriend and I have been coming to Lucent Pilates for private lessons for a few months now and we really enjoy doing it as a couple! Hanjing is a great instructor and helps us work on parts that we personally needed such as strengthening core and stretching our backs. Greatly recommend!!
I followed my wife here and she has been a pilates long timer. Pilates has been really helpful for my upper back pain. I do a lot of weight training but never spent much time stretching or working on mobility before. Since coming here, my back feels so much better and I always leave feeling great. The instructor/ owner is professional and really know what they’re doing. I come every week now and it’s been a great addition to my regular workouts.
Hanjing is the best Pilates instructor I’ve met. I started to take privates with her about two years ago. My posture and strength has improved significantly over time which definitely showed in my ballet time. She gave very clear instructions, corrected the movements, and told me little things that I could do at free time that unconsciously elevated the Pilates experience. I’ve been really enjoying this Pilates studio! The workouts feel much gentler on my lower back than traditional gym workouts, while still giving me a great challenge. I’ve already noticed improvements in my posture and core strength. The instructors are attentive and the classes feel very personalized. Highly recommend!
If you need support returning to strength and flexibility, Hanjing at Lucent Pilates provides the perfect blend of challenge and instruction. The studio is clean and well ventilated- a boutique feel! I leave the class feeling exhilarated. I highly recommend it!
