Best Pilates studio!!! The small class size (max of 3 people) makes such a huge difference — it feels almost like a private session every time. Hanjing is incredibly detail-oriented and attentive, always making sure our form is correct and tailoring cues to each person’s needs Will be my top 1 Pilates studio🍻

As someone new to Pilates, I was nervous about the reformer, but Hanging made me feel completely at ease. She is incredibly observant and always offer gentle corrections to ensure my form is safe and effective. The classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun! One of the best instructors I’ve ever worked with.
