Great customer service. Fast and no hassle. Very surprised how quickly I received my order. Always a good idea to support a small family owned business.
Wonderful purchase experience and communication from moment of purchase to knife arrival. Microtech / brachial came as described. Bonus was hand written letter and some candy, bandaid and stickers. You could tell they put thought into packaging up the knife. Will definitely be ordering my next knife from this family run business. Thanks Tom
