Mr. Eklund returned my phone call quickly and I was pleased with all aspects of our business relationship.
The unofficial appointed board of directors hired this attorney to send out a letter to me to provide them with ACC approval that I did not need, nor did the section of the CC&R’s stated I needed ACC approval in the first place. Than Gregory sent out three letters with the wrong address. To demand my ACC approval letter that wasn’t required!
