this guy is the best! He is very straightforward, honest, and talks freely about the possible results of any dental plan/action you are taking. He informed me of the risks of dental implants on the very back upper teeth as they can result in nasal complications as it is so close to that cavity. In fact, my dad has a whole mouth of implants and has had to have minor nasal floor surgery probably due to the implants in the very upper back.
