The worst customer service and material product don’t buy there
Ordered a bracelet a few months ago which has completely lost its color and no one from customer service has gotten back to me. I have reached out numerous times and nothing. Very disappointing!
If I could give this company negative stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a horrible company with substandard customer service. I ordered an item from the website. When I received my package, it was a completely different item and when I contacted the customer service department, they told me that the item that I ordered was discontinued and so they took the liberty to send me something else as an alternative.
