Valerie Triplett is the best settlement agent!! She does a phenomenal job of explaining all the documents to buyers and sellers. I've worked with her for many years now and she always is on top of the details and making sure everything is handled for settlement.
Valerie and her team are on top of all details in the transaction. For example we had an older signator for a complicated power of attorney and she had a large font cheat sheet ready for them to use at the closing. I send them things then don't worry about them getting done.
