I called at 1:06 PM today to ask about my mother’s security deposit, which I was told would be delivered by Monday (yesterday). The person who answered, whose duty was only to direct calls, was dismissive and made unprofessional remarks like, “Well, I don’t handle return of funds,” and a few more. Which if calls are recorded, I suggest reviewing her tone, as it was unmistakably unprofessional. This interaction doesn’t align with the high standards EKKO Title promotes about professionalism and exceeding expectations.
I really enjoy working with EKKO and especially Lisa Mithcell. I have known Lisa for 20 years and I can say without a doubt that I always go back to Lisa and EKKO whenever my clients and I need a Title Company. EKKO goes above and beyond to get the job done. They jump through hoops and are a very professional Title Company. I recommend them to anyone in need of Title Services.
