The Ekko team at Centreville were incredible to work with as first-time homebuyers. They kept us updated while we were under contract and were responsive whenever we had questions. We faced a small hiccup on closing day and Lisa, our settlement agent, helped us find a solution at the table (figuratively and literally, as we were all sitting at the settlement table with pens in hand.) I highly recommend their services to whoever is looking to sell their property and buy a new one. They do a great job running the title search on all the properties and I have never had any issues. Valerie Triplett and the Ekko Title Centerville team handled settlement on 13341 Foxhole Drive from start to close. Valerie was thorough and responsive throughout the process. She managed two loan payoffs, an HOA, and coordinated seller and buyer signing on separate days without any issues. When we needed the net sheet updated and timing got tight ahead of settlement, she stayed on top of it and kept things moving. Clean file, no surprises at the table. I'll be using Ekko Title again on future VA transactions.
