Both attorneys, coordinators, and offices gave us the highest level of service. Absolute peak quality across the board. Could not be happier with EKKO here. This isn't our first closing with this company and it for sure won't be our last.
Good work, but you have to prompt them for responsiveness. When asked to resolve an issue ahead of time, they choose the easy way out. In my case, they did not make the effort to update the payoff statement even after I asked, resulting in a delay of me receiving my funds by 60+ days. I closed on my mortgage and visited Ekko Title on closing day. I was amazed at how easy this was. The attorney Frank explained everything very clearly and summarized everything I was signing. He was also super friendly. I also coordinated with Julie who did a great job too. Top-notch service here. Hopefully, I will be able to close on another property in the next decade and I will be sure to come back to Ekko Title!
Frank McLaughlin is a lawyer's lawyer. I am a picky and demanding client, being a lawyer myself. Frank is the best practitioner I have encountered in years. He speaks and writes with clarity and care. His research is broad, deep and thorough and he leaves no stone unturned. He handled an elusive, confounding chain of title for me in record time, all the while keeping in touch with me as to his progress and asking good questions along the way. I recommend him with enthusiasm!
