I brought my vacuum in to be fixed under a warranty and after a month and three weeks I got it back. I was going to make my next sewing machine purchase at this store but after the rude and curt treatment when I called asking about my vacuum ( I called 3 times all total) and when I picked up my machine.I will be contacting the factory of the vacuum and make sure that they are aware of the horrible service this company is providing for their company.
