As part of my annual standardisation assessment of this facility, I conducted a comprehensive review during my recent visit. Unless corrective actions are implemented promptly, a formal report will be submitted in the coming weeks. During inspection, I identified multiple serious concerns. Never give bad reviews but attend here casually they've kept my card details on file and now have fraudulently stolen from me three times in four months. Now the female receptionist is refusing to refund me pretending these are "no show fees" - except I attend every class I book. Do NOT give them your card information they will probably steal from you. The bank has had to cancel my card as a result Class was great by Tim but I'll never attend this gym again now

Not a member but attended casually, they've kept my card details on file and now have randomly take money from my account multiple times. Raised it in the beginning and their reception made up fake reasons at first why they charged me, then admitting not knowing why money was taken.. Now apparently have to wait for upper management to return from holiday to resolve this and its been almost 2 months

App timetable doesn't match the website timetable, there is way less martial arts classes available once you download the app. Don't waste $100+ joining.
