I ordered a kitchen from eKitchens at considerable expense via a kitchen designer called Amber Amy. $8595 for cupboard doors. I paid half of the amount up front and I paid the second half immediately upon delivery. That was my main mistake because by doing the right thing, I effectively shot myself in the foot. I now have zero leverage. EKitchens failed to deliver one cupboard door the first time which delayed the kitchen being delivered. That was their fault. Heidi did a fantastic job designing our kitchen, including some custom features and managing tricky parts that would have required alot more work without some clever design techniques. Very pleased with the outcome.

I’ve recently added a few kitchen overhead cabinets and glass Splashback through Heidi at the Forrestdale office. The experience is just amazing from the 1st day I met Heidi until the end. She has helped me with the measurements , gave me suggestions on colors combination , list of installers just everything! Without Heidi, I wouldn't have such a nice kitchen. Nicole helped with our design of our kitchen, nothing was too hard from our 1st appointment through the whole sales process to friendly delivery guys we have received excellent customer service. The price was alot better than I expected and the quality is on point. Everything from day 1 has gone smoothly and I would recommend Nicole and the team for your next renovation.
