Horrible landlord, very unprofessional, very passive aggressive with emails and texts, no respect for the renter and they assume just because they own the property that they can do what they please when they please...stay away from this landlord in my opinion...horrible landlord.

Do not ever rent from this business. They seem like a scam, and are the pushiest most unprofessional people we have ever worked with. They gave us wrong information during the application process, and were purposely deceitful. I think their whole business model is to trick people into renting from them and then charging them huge fines for the tiniest violations of the lease. There are a lot of other places to rent from with much better staff, just save your time and sanity and avoid Ekeba.
I wish I had come across this review before even considering this property to lease from these people!! They are truly a joke and what a scam they run... I have rented from them in the past and it was a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. They were very pushy and videotaped us signing the lease which we found odd and it should have been our sign to run. They would come into our house while we were not home without notice to for no good reason. He also tried to fine us because our grass was a 1/2 inch to long and if you didn't replace the batteries in the smoke detectors it was a $75 fine. I was a prospective tenant with this company and I am relieved things did not work out with them. The property itself was beautiful and the start of my application process went well, until I began asking questions about their lease/process. This rental company was pushy and my roommates and I felt very pressured by them throughout the rental process. Their actual website is not user-friendly and I even had to verify with a lawyer that they were a legitimate rental company because I had never heard of them (long-time renter) ... read more
