They are a locally owned business and have always been great at customer service. Can’t say enough good things about this place 👍
Very helpful while we were looking for a new washer and dryer! Took the time to explain the different brands and features! They deliver- It’s rare to find such excellent service!
When we bought our appliances we felt like we made a GREAT decision. Our dryer has been broken for over 4 months. We rarely get a call and have to call in and keep checking on the status. The staff smells like alcohol when they have come to check the dryer out. Real great feeling to have someone like that in your home. We have had terrible service and nothing ever gets fixed. We will NEVER purchase here again! Highly recommend AVOIDING. Save your money and go to an honest company who actually holds people accountable.
Jon & Brad were great to deal with, and the washer / dryer we purchased were delivered, installed, and work great. Everybody was very professional, prices were great, and installation was amazing. Would highly recommend them again.
Worst experience dealing with these people after purchasing a majority of our new homes appliances here. They ordered a refrigerator that opened the wrong way (did not have a door that could be changed to open either way), after we told them before they ordered it which way it had to open and then they tried to make us take it. This is our second experience purchasing and having installed an appliance from Ekblad. I will never buy an appliance anywhere else. BEST service in the area, and fair prices too. Our first purchase was a new washing machine in June. We bought it at 11:00 am, and I was doing laundry by 4:00 that same afternoon! Yesterday my microwave died. Absolutely the best place to shop. Great service and very helpful. Bought a refrigerator and they helped move everything to get it installed and they removed an old washer and dryer that was left when I purchased the house and even installed my washer and dryer and we're glad to help. The instaless were great and more helpful than they had to be and did it all with a smile and great attitude. We checked everyone in Williston that had tv's & even some on line. The only people that were knowledgeable about tv's were at Ekblads. We bought a 65" OLED tv from them last Saturday. They were very prompt with delivering it, setting it up, and explaining how to use it. Thank you!! We absolutely love the tv.
